These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out how you may use the OddsCompare website ("we", "us", "our" and the "Site"). By browsing or using the Site you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

1. About OddsCompare

OddsCompare is an independent information service. We compare betting odds, welcome offers and other features from licensed South African bookmakers and casino operators. We do not offer gambling services, take bets, hold customer funds or manage betting accounts.

All references to "you" or "the user" refer to any visitor to the Site, whether or not they choose to follow links to third-party operators.

2. Eligibility and responsible gambling

The Site is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in South Africa to use the information we provide to open betting accounts or place bets.

Gambling involves risk. You can lose some or all of the money you bet. Nothing on OddsCompare should be viewed as financial advice or a guarantee of profit. If you suspect that you may have a gambling problem, you should stop betting and seek help from professional support organisations.

3. Our role and limitations

  • We review and compare bookmakers and casinos, but we do not accept bets or any other gambling activity on the Site.

  • We are not responsible for any errors, omissions or outdated information on the Site, or for any loss you may suffer as a result of relying on it.

4. Third-party sites and affiliate links

OddsCompare contains links to websites operated by third-party betting companies. These sites have their own terms and conditions, privacy policies and responsible gambling controls. When you follow a link and leave our Site, you do so at your own risk. We do not control or endorse the content, products or services of any third-party site.

Some of the links on OddsCompare are affiliate or commercial links. This means we may receive a commission if you click through and open an account or place a bet. This does not affect the price you pay or the odds you receive and we aim to present rankings and comparisons in a fair and transparent way.

5. No advice, recommendations or guarantees

Information on OddsCompare is provided for general information and comparison purposes only. We do not:

  • provide personalised betting advice or financial advice;
  • promise that any bet will win or that you will make a profit;
  • guarantee that any particular bonus or promotion will be suitable for your circumstances.

You are responsible for your own decisions about whether to open an account, place a bet or claim a bonus.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons and layout, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site on your own devices and print or download reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use only.
